Proposal management – Serve as Proposal Manager on live bids. Opportunity and proposal
identification and tracking. Creating BD trackers with potential, comprehensive opportunities
to diversify and expand the organizational pipeline. Provide proposal management support
during capture and live bids. Review edit and guide sections of proposals as needed, including
the executive summary, institutional capacity, theory of change and conceptual framework.
Support partnership discussions, scope of work determination, teaming agreements and
consortiums design. Budget Lead role, including supporting the compilation of the budget and
narrative.

Proposal Design and Development – Lead Proposal Writing role. Facilitate proposal technical
design, support in solidifying win themes, SWOT analysis and operationalization of the
intervention through structured design. Define staff roles and responsibilities, as well as
reporting structure. Facilitate the management, coordination, and communication structure of
the proposal until submission. Streamline consortium partners in a complementary manner.
Help draft sections of the proposal focusing on leveraging pass investments, private sector
and Govt for an efficient and effective collaborative approach leading to a cost effective and
winning bid
